We want this to be a happy experience for you. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated.
TREASURES: Most of the items we sell are used, vintage or antique and we describe them in detail. Antiques like people AGE, even if they have led a charmed life. PLEASE, look at the item with a realistic eye and understand that you are not in your local discount store. Time ages everything! Help us make this experience as easy as possible. Please READ the description, don't just look at the pictures. If you have any questions, ASK them and we promise an honest answer.
RETURN POLICY: If for some reason you want to return the item, you must let us know by e-mail within three days after the date of Delivery Confirmation posted on the USPS website. If we determine there is a good reason for the return, we will send you an authorization to return the item. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! No item will be accepted without this authorization. We will refund your purchase amount upon safe return of the item. It must be in good condition with original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (the shipping and handling paid or the cost of return shipping).
NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT: I purchase items from auctions, estates, sales & etc. The previous owners may have smoked or had pets. Items may have been stored in barns and/or storage buildings. If you are in doubt or have some questions, please let me know and I will respond as soon as possible.
This is a non-smoking environment but I do not always know the origins of these items, so we cannot guarantee the items status in regards to smoke or pet exposure.
Rules: We very sorry to have to make rules but based on past experience, we feel that it is necessary to prevent future problems.
